<description>This is a song about possom kicking young people around Owensburg, Indiana.</description>
<notes>My wife Barbara and I moved to Greene Co. In shortly after we got married and lived for a couple of years. We had five children living with us, and they made friends with some local kids. These kids idea of fun was to get drunk and/or stoned and jump in an old car or pickup and drive up and down the road until they saw a possom and then jump out and see who could kick it first. If you kicked it and didn't kill it, everybody would beat you up. Possoms are very hard to kill, so they beat each other up a lot. My wife asked them why they did this, and a boy called Pooch said "Because they the only thing around here that's lower than we are",</notes>
